My two cents.
I'm sure MGM/Fox will issue separate BD and DVD box sets for this collection (as they did this year with Bond movies

). So don't worry about it.
Judging solely by the Liz Smith's column, it seems we will get all of the Peter Sellers's "Panther" movies
[Show spoiler]"DVD-Blu Ray box set of all the Sellers Panther pics"
which means Universal's
The Return of the Pink Panther should be included in the box as well

That would be awesome.
Also, it looks like they will not bother put non-Sellers "Panther" flicks into the box. Good riddance, I say

i've watched HDTV Rips of few Seller's flicks (HDNet's been running some of them lately) and they look very good to me

So, HD masters obviously already exists.
As for the movies, they are among my childhood favorites, so it will be worth picking up for the nostalgia factor alone. Few of them actually exceeds the original in quality (especially
A Shot in the Dark). Anyway, this should be a real treat for all PP fans
