Yes, I get a lot more done when everyone leaves. I'm the late person since I work the 4 x 10 schedule. Everyone leaves around 3:30 so I'm more productive when there's silence.
When it's a full house, it's either everyone is on the phone with customers or someone is always gossiping about something which I don't need to hear.
