I think its safe to say that everyone is of the opinion that Fallout 4 will NOT be released on current gen consoles.
I VERY MUCH hope that is not the case, because one thing that got annoying was all of the loading screens from the previous ones.
Going in and out of the kings territory doing fetch quests.
If it DOES get released this year (unlikely) it would probably be on both AND we assume that the 720 and PS4 arrive by Nov. consoles and would be getting designed with 360 and PS3 limitations (gasp) in mind.
