But, I agree. Smart chopsticks would have been much more interesting, at least personally to me, as I know that eating Chinese so often is where I put on the weight. On a more serious note, I think an interesting demo was the reading of newspaper text on side-by-side 4k vs. 1080p 86” displays from ~ 7 ft. away…
