Better yet, they always manage to shoehorn a big battle scene into these films even though there was never one or doesnt need to be one. Hilarious. These are the films that will make up future MST3K or maybe MST4K fodder.  |

And as for lack of ideas, well aside from the Abbot and Costello Jack and the Beanstalk and Mickey and Beanstalk there really hasnt been a Jack and the Beanstalk movie before.
And as for Hansel and Gretel the biggest version of that story(the 1989 musical with David Warner and Cloris Leachman) didnt even play theatrically in the states.
