I bought this from best buy and went to redeem my code, but it asked for my cable companies zip code. I exited out to go get it and then when I came back, it now says only one redemption per household but that cant be if I never even entered in my cable information
So it took my code now as used, I went to email the customer service of the site and that isnt even working. It keeps asking for a description of the problem and when I type in info, it says invalid text. I am having no luck at all with this site.
