You have 768 x 1366 pixels. That would be the maximum pixels your display could ever show. You have 480, 720, and 1080i ticked. Since your display accepts a 1080i input you use that setting on the PS3 to watch BD movies. Your TV then takes the 1080i signal and fits it into your 768 x 1366.
