For some reason this is called GT HD 2.0 in Europe but as far as I can tell there's no additional features compared to this update. According to an IGN test of the Euro GT HD 2.0 the force feedback implementation isn't up to GT4 standard yet but I expect future updates will further improve various aspects of GT HD including FF.
