Blockbuster in Aus only has a small sticker around the centre ring of the disk. It comes off very easily. I sometimes will buy them when they are selling the excess new releases titles after a few weeks. The cases are in new condition (they don't rent out them for new releases) and disks have had a scratch remover applied. Doesn't bother me because you can't tell they are second hand. Saying that though only one of my Blu-Rays is ex rental, a lot of my old DVDs were ex rental.
