yeah, the problem is, with a new baby in the house, I can usually catch a flick at night, but I can't really crank it up to enjoy it. If my wife goes somewhere on Sat/Sun. and takes our son with her, then I crank it to Eleven (it's one higher
) and try to get a nice violent flick in, and if she just runs to the store etc, and my kid is with me, he likes to be held and we just rock out to some CDs/SACDs (he's a huge Greatful Dead fan
) and he loves to be carried around the room.
If she leaves for a short period of time and takes him, I'll listen to music REALLY LOUD...... not sure why, I think it brings out the subtle nuances in it, so I'll be rockin' out Miles Davis at levels usually reserved for the Hair-Band era!!!!
I've gone on long enough with this!!!! I want to go home and enjoy some blu.
Tomorrow is a day off for me, Good Friday???? I'd say so!!!!!
