Am I better off running HDMI from my Samsung 1400 BD player to my Onkyo 705 receiver and then running HDMI from the receiver to my Sony XBR4 TV

or

Run HDMI from the BD player right to the TV for video and run six analog cables from the BD player to the receiver for audio.
