Thanks for your responses.
I think I will get a Sony KDLV32XBR2 home in the following manner:
Since I work at Sears, and have a 10% associate's discount on electronics, I will order the above mentioned LCD TV through sears.com. The set is now on clearance for $1599.88, and after my discount it would be $1439.90.
Amazon.com wants virtually the same price for it, but I would feel good knowing I could pick it up at my Sears store.
