As I said before, It's not just not a sequel, it's not characters I'm familiar with. This is probably why I'm so pumped for Pacific Rim. Brand new monsters (although, I'm having a feeling Cthulhu will be in it...)!

That's actually not it for me. The one I'm most excited about right now is 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier'.
I think it's more the grand, sci-fi space opera that this one is promising to be. We don't get enough of those. I'm also really happy to see 'Guardians' finally getting their due. I just want to see Rocket Raccoon on the big screen.
What can I say, I'm a bit of a fanboy at times.
