Criterion is listed as owning Blu-ray rights on the movie on IMDB if that means anything to you (They don't list "blu-ray" for every film already in the collection).
Additionally, IMDB listed Criterion for owning Blu-ray rights on Certified Copy well ahead of it's announcement.
