The point of the story was that the percentages jumped BIG TIME after the war ended.
Titles that everyone expected to clean up for BD, like Simpsons and At World's End, disappointed. Now a movie that really isn't even close as an HD feast (NCFOM) is doing very, very well compared to DVD.
At this point, 10% market share is extraordinary. And I think it shows a lot of fence sitting has ended.
I Am Legend will be interesting. Especially with the $18.95 pricing. If the Dark Knight is a great movie, and Warner prices it at $18.95, we probably will see the first million seller for Blu.
