We can not decide this claim in your favor. PayPal's policy regarding complaints of buyers is about the delivery of the ordered products, not about claims regarding the quality of the products.

What now? (How to proceed)
You can try to find a proper solution with the seller.

Meaning that they thought I started a claim about the quality of the products, while it is clearly stated that I started a claim about MISSING PRODUCTS, which relates to the delivery of the ordered products. I never stated something about the quality of the products.
