I have no real general jumping on price. I shop around for the best price I can find using points, coupons, etc .... and buy what I want. Providing I have the money to begin with of course ....
If it's a title I absolutely have to get, I can usually find a few watched-once Blu's to Ebay to help fund the purchase. I recently sold off about 200 or so though, so I am almost out of disposables ...
Although Blind-Buys of titles which I may or may not like I max out at $9.99. These are often the ones that get Ebayed and usually in lots ....
