I guess GoT is really good... it's got a lot of fans and such.... I don't really get into it. Looks like Lord of the Rings meets porn to me.

I strongly disagree.
I'm about as far from a fan of Lord of the Rings and the entire fantasy genre as one can get, yet I love Game of Thrones. Excellent writing, characters, and a great story. Sure there's a fair amount of sex, but it rarely seems as excessive or as forced into the story as it often does on True Blood.
But of course, to each their own.
