Even on the 4th and 5th seasons on WB entitled "New Adventures" Catwoman's costume and pasty face design looks straight out of Burton's design.

Yes the BTAS took cues from the films. The most overt being the gothic design and the Burtonesque deep blacks. They did their storyboards and animation from black instead of the standard white foundation. Check the commentaries.
