Who was that?

That did those humorous lounge singer commercials to the then hip/modern songs such as Onyx "Slam" or "California Love" by Tupac.

My friend thinks it was Richard Cheese...but we aren't sure. Because Wikpedia says he got his start in 2000.

Anyways...those were hilarious!
