Btw. My ipod touch 4G just got repaired in the US and is now on it's way back to me. List of stuff replaced.

1) Front screen Digitizer and LCD
2) Home Button
3) Home Button Flex Cable
4) Battery
5) Headset Audio Jack

Hurray. Still pretty silly that i've used about the same amount of cash on the repairs as i did the actual ipod (used) but sometimes im just a master in wasting money. Also just found a much better price on an ipod cable. Could also possibly have gotten it for free previously but was in a hurry and bought it expensively.

Well all this becomes quite trivial when i purchase those metal absorbers in a few days.
