I have the audio set to Digital out (optical) That is the only receiver connection.
I have the BD Audio Output Format (optical) set to Bitstream.
Does that offer any more help?

But by reading Slecs sticky, regarding the PS3 audio capabilities, I know I cant get Lossless because of the HDMI issue, but what about PCM through the optical?
