Yeah, I haven't been clear. I'm not interested in 4K. We have to buy new receivers to pass 4K. Possibly a new cable. The delivery system hasn't been sorted yet and there is no content. So I'm not excited.
Blu-ray and 1080P is clear enough for me.
What I am interested in is JVC's E-shift. Because it is simpler. No new format, No new players, No new cables and no new amp. Just smaller pixels. I'm not interested in the detail enhancement on E-shift. I would likely set that to it's lowest setting. Just occasionally I see a pixel grid on white bright objects on my current projector. So a smaller pixel will be of help.
Does that make sense?
