I believe it was originally a Wal-Mart exclusive, but now it's on Amazon so I guess it's fully released now.

They've been preparing a box set for it for a while, I think. There was an interview with someone earlier this month I saw who said they'd been working on a map for it.
The Amazon release is just the theatrical cut I think. There's at least two other cuts, the longer directors cut and the Roadshow cut which hardly anyone has seen.
