Surely (and especially as a UK resident) Arrow simply slipped your mind? Quality restorations, extensive extras, reversible cover art, and thick, detailed booklets, plus heavily discounted initial pre-orders. TT can't compete in any of those departments except perhaps transfer quality, but Arrow already completely schooled them head-to-head on
