I think your outta luck there as the 7600GT isn't HDCP compliant and i doubt your monitor is either.
So unless you have the cash for a new one of each your gonna have to either stick to analog, take a visit to Slysoft or not watch blu on your PC !
As VGA is working for you can you hook this up to your Dell? If you can just use that
