When I play games that are PCM, like burnout or GTAIV, my receiver shows 5.1 or 7.1, but there is no sound from my sub. Movies play in 5.1 PCM with no problem. If I uncheck the PCM options under "Sound Settings" on the XMB, I get the lossy DD or DTS track and that plays 5.1 just fine. I dont like having to uncheck the PCM options everytime I play a game! I originally thought this was a game issue for Burnout, but it is now happening with GTA as well. So, it seems like a PS3 issue. Anyone care to chime in? My equipment is in my sig. IF no one can help, should I contact Sony? Thanks guys and gals.
