I received two separate packages for the Nest Blu-ray (ordered during the Fright sale). Upon further inspection, even though both were mailed to me, one of the invoices is for another person.
I just emailed them about it but will have to wait until tomorrow at the earliest to hopefully hear back on how they'll handle it.

Never did hear back from Shout Factory. Hopefully the poor soul eventually received his order.
