I had the same question a while back when I had pre-ordered them seperately but then I canceled it and reordered the bundle in case they throw in a Two Pack Sleeve (Nice Display)

Correction:

I wrote to customer service to see and I had explained that if I got it and found that it did come with a sleeve id return it and they just Canceled my order without asking. It screwed up my Free Shipping date (will be sent a couple days later) but o well.

I dont expect one but I know some retailers in some occasions get sent a special package sleeve like for Kill Bill I and II (DVD) they had this sweet Box that they threw in.
