This information should be true for UV and iTunes codes that come with Blu-ray copies -- codes included with DVDs may not have digital copies or may not give you the same redemption options as codes that come with Blu-rays.
I'm not sure if something like this exists elsewhere, but if so I will promptly end this thread. If not, I'll keep it open and hopefully it serves its purpose. For right now, this thread will primarily focus on UltraViolet and iTunes only since, to my knowledge, those are the only digital formats which sometimes allow for one to use the same unique digital code on both services. I will list Disney titles that are redeemable through Vudu or iTunes as well. Please note that since Disney joined Digital Copy Plus, their Digital Copy Plus titles can be redeemed through either iTunes or Vudu, but not on both simultaneously. The idea here is to have a list of the digital format(s) that a given movie is redeemable in, and also whether that movie's unique Digital Copy code will allow for redemption through only UltraViolet, through only iTunes, through your choice of one or the other, or through both UltraViolet and iTunes simultaneously. Also note if the disc is necessary for redemption through iTunes. I will try and keep the main thread updated as often as I can. Please do not PM me, instead create new posts within this thread with your findings. Tip: To find the movie you're looking for faster, Press
Cntrl and
F on your keyboard and type in part of the name of the movie you're searching for. If you find any errors with any of the listings, please note them in the thread and I will correct them. Thank you.

Additional information provided by Blu-ray.com member FlickFab **EDITED by ME** summarizing the digital copy formats that are provided by the various studios
Sony: You get both UV and Movies Anywhere if redeemed/purchased directly at Vudu. If redeemed at Sony Pictures Store, titles will port to UV locker. Titles will remain stuck in UV locker until Vudu adds that title. Once Vudu adds the title, that title will port from Vudu to Movies Anywhere in the highest resolution owned on Vudu. Titles are also redeemable directly at Movies Anywhere, but will only provide a Movies Anywhere license if redeemed there.
WB : You get both UV and Movies Anywhere if redeemed/purchased directly at Vudu. Titles are also redeemable directly at Movies Anywhere, but will only provide a Movies Anywhere license if redeemed on Movies Anywhere.
Fox: [4/9/2018] Fox titles are no longer UV enabled. For newer titles Movies Anywhere only. Older titles are no longer UV enabled but may redeem directly through both Vudu and iTunes. Direct redemption is allowed through Vudu or MoviesAnywhere for new titles; older titles are still redeemable through iTunes as of now. -- ***4/9/2018 Update. Fox only allows one redemption per code. Newer Fox titles cannot be redeemed directly through iTunes. Fox does not want their titles being given the "Free 4K upgrade" from Apple when redeemed directly through iTunes.***
LionsGate: [7/14/2018]. LionsGate titles released after 7/14/2018 are no longer UltraViolet enabled. For releases prior to 7/14/2018, the following should be true: big releases are iTunes + uv; smaller releases are uv only; you can tell by redemption link printed on slip - redeemmovie.com = uv only OR movieredeem.com = iTunes + uv. LionsGate is currently not a Movies Anywhere provider so their titles are not Movies Anywhere enabled.
Universal new releases [9/18/2018] : Universal titles are Movies Anywhere enabled and no longer support UltraViolet and cannot be redeemed on iTunes.
Universal catalog title re-releases [9/18/2018] : Universal titles are Movies Anywhere enabled and no longer support UltraViolet and cannot be redeemed on iTunes.
Paramount: from blu typically iTunes + uv; from dvd is uv only. Paramount is currently not a Movies Anywhere provider so their titles are not Movies Anywhere enabled.
HBO: 3 redemptions per code if done correctly. Redeem UV directly through Vudu or Flixster + iTunes directly through iTunes store + Google Play through the HBO web-site (hbodigitalhd.com). All HBO codes (old, new, TV, movies) should work the same way. (thanks to all for info)
Disney/Marvel: Movies Anywhere only;never uv. You can redeem directly at Movies Anywhere, or any of the connected Movies Anywhere retailer's sites. MA titles will port from retailer to Movies Anywhere, and then to connected Movies Anywhere retailers.
