Yes, it is in envelope but the envelope is made of thin plastic kind of material, not ordinary paper. SOT comes in brown cardboard packaging (like Shemaroo slim DVD case, but not plastic made, it is made of paper). Inside that we get a trifold small brochure (front-back), a large front-back poster (approx 12"X18") and a Blu-ray in PVC envelope. (See above images)

No, it is the only Blu-ray Edition available for now. The MRP is 999/- but pre-ordered when the announced price was 799/-, so got it for 640/- after discounts.
Watched the movie, overall Eagle really did a great job in creating Menu and features. Movie quality is good but not superb and may be it is because of shooting camera (not Eagle

) White level is not good in some scenes but I believe it was captured in this way, I guess I have read somewhere it was shooted with some ordinary cameras.
Extras are awesome:
2 short movies also included (Akash Gandhi), Deleted Scenes, Cast/Crew Interviews etc.
