Not to promote the copying of movies, but there are several sites out there for DVDs that people scan in copies of the covers in the proper dimensions and allow you to download and print them. On glossy paper, they turn out quite nice...umm...so I've heard....
Might poke around on the web a bit - I'd be suprised if these images aren't already out there and available to do something similar for the BD family.
