Are you using some sort of an adapter to get the harmony to worth with the PS3?

I am using the Nyko remote as a middleman, the same one that Chocolatejas is using.

It's actually an easy adjustment to correct your 880. I had the same issue initially as well. The command timing settings need to be adjusted, so you need to hook your remote to your PC and run the remote manager software. If I remember correctly, there is an option section in the PS3 command area, where you can adjust the remote command output settings. This will allow you to reduce the time and repetition of the command being sent to the PS3. Reducing it should work. Play around with it a little bit until you find the correct setting.
I'm at work now, so this is off the top of my head. Hopefully this will work for you.

I forgot to mention that I have already reduced my time to zero, but it sounds like repetition may solve it.

it's in the timing. your nyko (if you used the settings from the logitech website) have 3 settings. one is the delay time between button presses. one is the repeat timing when holding the button and one is the start-up time...? i'm not real sure on that last one, but if you set the repeat timing to 0 and the delay timing to 0 as well, you'll usually zip right thru. set your delay timing to 0 so the remote sends the move command immediately, but set your repeat to around 500 or so, that way the remote will wait half a second before it zips thru the commands. i'm sorry i don't remember the exact terminology for all of those, but i don't have access to my home PC right now. that should get you in the ballpark tho

I'll try manually altering the repeat timing and see how it goes. I'd test it right now, but my 2-year-old son is in the middle of Shrek and if I mess with it, there will be trouble!!!
