Default Speaker Wire and Install Questions - Reciever to 5.1 System

Let me start by saying I am a complete novice at home theater install, but I have taken the time to read reviews and reactions to the different audio components needed for a decent setup. Here is what I have accumulated:

Onkyo 605
Polk CS1 Center
Polk Monitor 50 Fronts
Polk psw10 Sub
Polk Monitor 30 Rears

My goal was to get a 5.1 setup which I have accomplished. Now all that is left is to get the system installed. My questions relate to speaker wire and connection. I plan to purchase the following speaker wire:

and banana plugs:

The speaker wire is rated for in wall and my speaker wire will be strung up on the wall via cable wall ties. Is it necessary to purchase the in wall or can I go with the following speaker wire:

I also am not sure about the banana plugs as they sell both closed screw (above link) and open screw:

I plan on ordering 100 feet of wire as the room the system will be in is about 10*20. I also plan on ordering at least 24 banana plugs (12 pair). Do you think I will have enough cable? Is it wise to order extra banana plugs? How do you install the cable onto the plugs? I know these are probably very simple questions, but I want to get everything in place before I do the install. Thanks in advance.
