The Burnout track is actually just an expansion if you own the full UMD game, it's not a demo.
The MGS Portable Ops demo can be downloaded more easily from

There's a few more demos there - Eiyuu Densetsu, Gurumin and Intelligent License 2 may be worth checking out.
