Your gonna get alot of people saying-

MGS4, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, and Resistance.

Anything thats on the 360 as well as the PS3 (*excluding Devil May Cry 4*) is just a port of the 360 version's audio meaning that you will only get Dolby Digital 5.1.

Devil May Cry 4 had the ability to output as PCM, however you needed to force it by unchecking everything except for PCM 5.1 in the Audio Output Settings of the PS3.

But yeah, PS3 exclusive games definately have the best audio for the most part.
