On that note, I was wondering if someone could post the link on amazon.fr's web site regarding their shipping policies. Amazon.de charges E3 for the initial item, and E3 per kilogram thereafter. I am curious to see if amazon.fr has a similar shipping policy, as I have placed 2 orders in the past 2 days and the shipping was @ E22.00.

UPDATE: I think this is the page:

http://www.amazon.fr/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_gt_delitime?nodeId=200781660

and this is specifically for the Western Hemisphere:
http://www.amazon.fr/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_left_sib?ie=UTF8&nodeId=201368050
(initial item is E7.00, with an added charge of E1.50 per item in order)
After reading your message, I contacted amazon.fr and they promptly refunded me EURO 21 for the items they overcharged on shipping. However amazon.de was a bit grumpy and the customer service rep said he "could not find anything wrong with the shipping they had charged"...uh, right...I will contact them again about this, it seems sometimes you talk to the right persons, sometimes you end up being replied to by total nincompoops.

Anyways, thanks for your tip, Monroville...!
