I've had our Samsung 1400 for about 6+months now. I've updated the s/w when I first got it to 071113.01_XAA. I've purchased several movies - Rambo all 4, Spiderman3, Ratatouille, POTC3, OpenSeason, CasinoRoy, and maybe a few more. We rented quite a few - but in a nutshell - I'm stumped and need to confirm my setup &/or pic.quailty opinion -

I'm using HDMI output to my LG 42"1080p is set on both.

I have an off-air ant. that is crystal clear, but only gets me 720p. When watching a few of my movies I haven't seen the pictures that look similar to my off-air. Ratat in the cooking scenes in the features option is about the best clarity I've seen. Most of the movies are clear, but not OMG that is amazing, like the OA. It seems like in every movie some scenes are grainy and then to clear image, but not like the off-air. Why is it @ 720p OA vs. 1080p on the BD it's doesn't seem any better?

Also, I'm using coaxial output for my audio and have selected the proper audiio output in the menu/settings - but if I turn on my tv speakers there is a delay - Any input would be appriciated. Thanks!
