He loses it a few times in Avatar and Terminator Salvation. It's always when he's trying to put on his tough guy American accent. That's when you'll find it come through on some words.
Some actors just struggle big time with it. I love Gary Oldman but it happens to him when he gets animated too. His conversation with Batman and Dent on the rooftop of police headquarters in The Dark Knight is a great example. When he's talking about the marked bills and the mob knowing they were raiding the banks he has a few major British moments.
