I think this is another MS/Toshiba FUD plan at work. You can sue anyone for anything (founded or not). People tend to automatically think a lawsuit is founded. IMO, that is what is being preyed upon. Hell, I could sue the state of Texas for being too big. Would I win?
Off Topec: Last semester in Economics, I learned that a man sued Subway because the penut butter cookies had peanuts in them, and there was not a warning that said so. And of course he won...

You probally would win! Since I live so close to Texas I should try to do that..lol
