I think that person must be nuts, it's nothing like that movie, I don't understand the comparison at all,
Bill is a comedy drama and
American Beauty is a more serious movie which is only drama.
Plus the storys arn't exactly the same, I don't understand.
Anyway, I suggest anybody watches this movie, really good fun and entertainment, a different movie.
