Call Sony and open a ticket. They will tell you how to reinitialize the system. If that fails you will need to send it in to them for a replacement system. If you do not have the receipt they will charge you for replacement of the unit. Be prepared to lie if necessary when they ask for that piece of paper. That's why you have to keep your paperwork. That's not a Sony thing. That's a manufactuer and most consumer stores thing.
