Okay i am hopeing that someone here will be able to answer this!
My samsung 4066f panel went out, well the best buy tech came and replaced the tcom board and it is still defective, so it is the panel and nothing else. He called Samsung and they ordered a new panel. The panel numbers from the one that is in my set to the one he has ordered are completely different.
I have done a little research and turns out the panel that is currently in my tv is a 10bit panel and the panel he ordered is a 8 bit panel! Seems like a step back to me....So am i going to see a major difference in the quality of my tv picture because of this? the part number is ordered is BN07-00455A the panel that is currently in my tv is BN07-00383A
