Best Buy does ship some preorder steelbooks like this steelbook for example in a box with air pillows. I guess getting a product safely to customers, even if itís a cheaper product, is somewhat of a priority to them because rewind several years back, I was getting preorder steelbooks in a plastic bag with zero protection from Best Buy.
