Play Rewind is essentially no different from ordering from GRUV as its shipping from Conectiv/Vantiva/Technicolor's warehouse in Tennessee. If you ever placed an order on GRUV or possibly others that originated from Tennessee it should be a similar experience.

PleaseRewind is absolutely Sony's storefront. Just like Gruv is Universal's storefront (And WB by proxy, as they have the same distributer). PR just doesn't have it's own website like Gruv.

I just ordered Monty Python and the Holy Grail last week when everyone else was sold out, after Amazon shipped my preorder, and lost it in a warehouse. Forever.

So you can order with confidence from them, I think all my orders have been shipped in a box!
Everything has been shipped USPS ground, I think from the Alliance warehouse in Kentucky.

Yeah, I will add on that I have ordered a number of things from PR, including some decent sales that they will run fairly regularly. I have pre-ordered several items from them (Gandhi, KoH, Tombstone, Amelie, A Knight's Tale, Outlander S6, and recently Night of the Living Dead 1990). I would order with confidence. They usually ship a day or two before the release date, then it's just however long it takes USPS to get from Nashville to your door.

Possible good news for people who didn’t get a preorder in. The dopes who preordered 3,4,5 copies from various sites in order to guarantee getting them will be mass canceling any day now. They never should have done that crap in the first place but maybe that’ll cause some relisting on some sites.
