I just bought a BD-HP16U with no previous experience with Blu Rays along with a 32 in Aquos Sharp HD tv. I followed the instructions to set both players up and at one point I had a normal DVD playing. I rented Valkyrie in Blu Ray disc and hit play and nothing happened. The screen went black and the number counter to see if the movie was playing wasn't moving.
I then tried playing the DVD again and got this message "copy protected signals cannot be outputted to the connected equipment" I have no idea what's wrong and it's extremely frustrating. Any help would greatly be appreciated. |
