Hello. My Samsung LE46A656 is calibrated quite nicely however the picture is too dark. I am losing detail. The general settings are
Contrast 98 Brightness 46 Colour 52 Backlight 7 HDMI Black level low When I put the HDMI Black level on normal it erradicates the problem, but makes the picture look slightly less rich for lack of a better word. Is there any way to have the nice PQ I have now but without losing detail? I am noob when it comes to these sort of problems lol. |

Check the picture settings threads here and over at the avsforums to get an idea of how other members have set-up their tvs. It could have something to do with the backlight setting or whatever picture mode you calibrated the image from.
