The Digital Copy is for downloading the movie to your computer for viewing. You can also then transfer it to your iPhone or iTouch and watch it there too.
You can even pump it to your TV if you have your computer connected.

This movie looks terrible.

With that said, I'm not sure if you're here saying the movie was good, wondering if you should buy it for someone as a gift, or just asking about the digital copy that was included....

He's asking how can his bother watch the movie without a BD player, but it did come with a digital copy. (This is really scary if I actually figured that out )

Have your brother load the digital copy onto his computer (assuming he has one) and watch it there. But, like others have said, this is an AWEFUL movie. I'd return it and get something that's actually funny.
