LOL you just opened a can of worms. While this one was my favourite one of the trilogy because of all the things Spidey and Pete and Harry went through, most people who saw it thought it was horrible. Excellent CGI, good laughs and a lot of twists made up for bad acting and some parts that drag a bit.

I also fall under the "liked, didnt love" category. It had its moments but was inferior and overlong compared to its predecessors.

It is underrated. Search for old posts of me *****ing about it, but I do have to give it that, it's underrated. With a couple minor changes this movie could have been ALOT better.

Minor changes that would have resulted in an entirely different movie.

Didn't hate it, but nowhere near the level of the first 2. Too many villains, the dancing scene, Kirsten Dunst is just annoying in it.

Fixed. On a related note, that horrible singing she did in the movie was not faked, she really can't sing.

<<<<<Thinks Isla Fisher would've made a much better Mary Jane than that snaggletooth Kirsten Dunst.

If you want honesty, I would rather...

...be strapped to a chair naked and endure the same torture that James Bond did in Casino Royale, whilst having 1000 angry mosquitoes sting my softest parts, have my eyeballs propped open by a spiky Jigsaw contraption, and be French-kissed by Bea Arthur...

...rather than watch Spider-Man 3 ever again.

It's THAT bad (IMHO).

Kirstin Dunst phoned in her performance. It's terrible. I lost all respect for her... twice.

Tobey Maguire should have walked out of the room when they rehearsed the Emo dancing scene, knowing how ridiculous it would be. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Did not fit the character or the film in the least.

Don't get me started on the reporter scenes during the 3rd Act. OMG. Worst acting is rarely seen in big budget movies, and I've seen Battlefield Earth!

Venom was laughable. He's supposed to be a badass, but he comes off as a whiny little brat. There's absolutely nothing menacing about him. Huge disappointment.

The redeeming points were Bryce Dallas Howard as Gwen and Thomas Hayden Church as Sandman. Their performances were A+ and their characters should have been given TONS more development and screen time.

It's time for a series re-boot.

The prolonged not needed dance scene actually was my favorite part.

Overall Spiderman 3 ruined the trilogy. I still watch it every now and then trying to find it's good parts.

If you are a diehard Spidey fan (comicbooks) be prepared for a letdown. They changed the chronology around to the point where it doesn't even make sense anymore. If ya don't care for that stuff...you might enjoy it.
