I tried to watch a bluray dvd from netflix and it says to update encryption code. I called Netflix and they said to go to this site and order a disc that will correct the problem. My computer is not attached to my tv or ps3. Can

someone tell me how to obtain a disc that will update the encryption code.

The disc that won't play is "Taken."

you probably need a firmware update for your bluray player. contact your computer manufacturer, or if you put the bluray player in yourself and know the brand, go to that company's website, contact their support. or if you are savvy enough to do it on your own, find the firmware update for your player, download it and install it.
